Your responsibilities:

• Support the execution of M&A, investment, Joint venture, and development deals in various sector
• Single point of contact for the project and be the focal contact person for the client
• Get through any barriers to get all deliverables on time
• Documentations, paper works, filing framework
• Research, identify and select potential partners by conducting a feasibility study on the potential and making a recommendation on the findings to the management team
• Conduct meetings with customers to identify customers’ requirements and design

• Be responsible for the specific analysis of individual companies and their equities within the Growth Stocks, Over-valued Stocks, Debentures & SME segment
• Produce regular reports summarizing findings and predictions, as well as responsibility for the segment news flow and contributing to overall segment views/pieces

Your responsibilities:

• Be responsible for planning the design process (+ UX Research) of all FYNNCORP products on each online platform.
• Integrate and understand business objectives, desired outcomes, and user needs to create effective, useful experiences of our innovative products
• Know how to use best practices or frameworks in human-centered design, design thinking, and user interface design to facilitate definition of User Experience (UX) requirements with mission stakeholders and end-users
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, understanding when deeper exploration is validated and when it is best to change paths and try another approach
• Take full ownership of your work and total responsibility for every last detail and every step of the way: able to tackle undefined and complex projects, lead projects from beginning to end, and own and influences product key metrics (KPIs)
• Work with internal and external stakeholders, marketing and development teams, together with clients and investors to identify the best experience that meets human, business and technical needs

Who Are You:
