The Effect of Social Impacts
At present, technology is developed continually. This allows us, users , to receive handful of information and varieties of news through communication platform, tools and channels quickly, especially on the online channel or the Internet. It is undeniable that when we receive more information every single day. The more you receive information the more social impacts will affect our thought and attitude either positively or negatively.
For example, Coca-Cola’s value dropped by $4 billion in one day as Cristiano Ronaldo moved a bottle of Coca-Cola out of the camera frame. And then, he picked up a drinking water bottle and said “Drink water” just to encourage everyone to drink water instead. This event is gone viral and become one of the famous the talk of the town. So, we can realize the influence of fame and recognition in society. It reflects that one person can really make an impact or change. Moreover, people respect and value in a person. Although, Ronaldo’s reaction was inappropriate, Ronaldo’s reputation hasn’t diminished, and many people still look at him as an idol and want to succeed like him. So, with the changing in society and culture, social impact can affect our attitude or daily life. Everyone can make an impact on others whether at the corporate level, national level, or global level. Finally, I want everyone to believe that we are valuable and can change the world.
