Bangkok, Thailand – FynnCorp Capital Group, a leading financial advisory firm, has successfully structured and arranged a 320 million baht convertible bond offering for Assetwise Public Company Limited (ASW). The offering period is set from September 26 to October 3, 2025.

Assetwise, a long-standing partner of FynnCorp, is offering a compelling proposition to its shareholders. The convertible bond carries a 5% interest rate and includes ASW-W2 warrants, providing investors with the potential for additional returns. The proceeds from the offering will be used to expand Assetwise’s real estate portfolio, including investments in renewable energy projects such as solar rooftops for its KAVE TU and KAVE Town Shift condominium developments.

With this latest offering, FynnCorp expects to reach a total of 1.12 billion baht in convertible bond issuances for the year.
